SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping within the Netherlands Shipping costs: €5.95 

We ship via PostNL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping within the EU & International Shipping rates for orders outside the Netherlands are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Free shipping on all orders over €50.

Returns Returns are handled directly by PĒSU. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Please refer to our 'Refund Policy' for full details on how to initiate a return.
